Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan is a member of the Royal Ruling family of the United Arab Emirates. He is the half brother of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the U.A.E, and is the brother of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Deputy Supreme Commander of the U.A.E Armed Forces.
His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan is married to Her Highness Sheikha Al Yazia bint Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed is the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates. The Sheikh was appointed the position during the cabinet reshuffle in February 2006. He was previously the Information and Culture Minister at the time. His Highness continued to hold this position during the latest reshuffle in May 2009.
